摘要
为确保综采工作面采煤机设备高效开采生产,从煤矸性质、采煤机运移速度、滚筒截割速率以及叶片螺旋升角等方面来分析对采煤机滚筒叶片磨损情况造成的影响,通过控制这些参数的值来降低采煤机滚筒叶片磨损效果,达到了延长维护周期、提高采煤机截割效率的效果。
In order to ensure the eficient mining production of coal mining machine equipment on the comprehensive mining face,the influence on the wear of coal mining machine drum blades is analysed from several aspects such as the nature of coal gangue,the transport speed of coal mining machine,the cutting rate of the drum and the spiral lift angle of the blades,etc.By controlling the value of these parameters to reduce the wear effect of coal mining machine drum blades,the effect of extending the maintenance cycle and improving the cutting efficiency of coal mining machine is achieved.
