摘要
基于CAD和ANSYS软件建立掘进机截割部截齿的数值模拟仿真软件,并在设置仿真条件的基础上,分别对截齿在不同冲击时刻下截齿头部和刀杆尾部的应力、应变情况进行对比,得出不同截齿安装约束下对应的动力学性能,为后续提升截齿安全性和可靠性奠定基础。
Based on CAD and ANSYS software,the numerical simulation software of cut-off teeth of roadheader was established and the stress and strain of cut-off teeth at different impact moments were compared with the stress and strain of cut-off teeth at the head and the tail of cutter bar respectively,and the corresponding dynamic performance under different installation constraints of cut-off teeth was obtained,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent improvement of safety and reliability of cut-off teeth.
