摘要
为进一步提升水力旋流器的分选效果,除了对其结构参数进行优化外,还需对其操作工艺参数进行优选。在对水力旋流器基本结构和工作原理简单概述的基础上,重点对水力旋流器结构参数中的柱高度和操作参数中的给入流量对其流场特性的影响开展研究,所得的结论可指导水力旋流器的结构优化设计和工艺参数的优化设计。
In order to further improve the sorting effect of hydrocyclones,in addition to optimising their structural parameters,their operating process parameters also need to be optimised.Based on a brief overview of the basic structure and working principle of hydrocyclones,the study focuses on the influence of the column height in the structural parameters and the feed flow rate in the operating parameters on the flow field characteristics of hydrocyclones.The conclusions obtained can guide the optimal design of the hydrocyclone structure and process parameters.
