摘要
煤泥水处理作为选煤厂的关键生产环节,可作为选煤厂设计的主要参考和依据。在对MA1150型有压两产品重介质旋流器和GDMC1400-000AP型无压三产品重介质旋流器关键技术参数与特点分析的基础上,设计试验对两类重介质旋流器对煤泥产量和次生煤泥量等煤泥性质进行对比,得出有压两产品重介质旋流器对煤泥性质影响较小的结论。
Coal slurry water treatment as a key production link of coal processing plant,its can be used as the main reference and basis for coal processing plant design.Based on the analysis of the key technical parameters and characteristics of the MA1150 type pressurized two-product heavy media cyclone and GDMC1400-000AP type non-pressurized three-product heavy media cyclone,a design test was conducted to compare the two types of heavy media cyclones on coal slurry properties including coal slurry yield and secondary coal slurry amount,and the conclusion that the pressurized two-product heavy media cyclone has less influence on coal slurry properties was reached.
