摘要
针对采煤机在实际生产过程中截割部所承受的载荷为交变状态,再加上环境的恶劣性导致截齿的性能受到影响。以截割部截齿为研究对象,基于计算机分析软件建立截齿和煤岩层的装配模型,并结合现场参数完成模型中参数设置;开展截割速度、截割深度和截割角度对截割煤岩层时截齿的应力场合温度场数值模拟研究,为确定最佳截割工艺参数,提升装备的使用性能奠定基础。
In the actual production process of coal mining machine,the load on the cutting section is alternating,and the performance of the cutting tooth is affected by the harsh environment.Based on computer analysis software,the assembly model of cut-off teeth and coal rock layer is established,and the parameters in the model are set by combining with the field parameters;the numerical simulation study of cutting speed,cutting depth and cutting angle on the stress occasion temperature field of cut-off teeth when cutting coal rock layer is carried out,so as to lay the foundation for determining the best cutting process parameters and improving the performance of the equipment.
