摘要
为解决重介质旋流器入口压力控制不稳定和悬浮液密度控制滞后影响煤炭分选效果的问题,在对重介质分选技术进行概述的基础上,提出采用模糊PID控制策略,完成了相关PID控制器各个环节参数的设计,并通过仿真手段验证了模糊PID的控制效果,为今后实践生产奠定扎实理论基础。
In order to solve the problems of unstable inlet pressure control and lagging suspension density control of heavy media cyclone,based on the overview of heavy media sorting technology,the problem of unstable inlet pressure of cyclone was demonstrated through theory and practice,and the idea of using fuzzy PID control strategy was proposed to solve.The control effect of fuzzy PID is verified by means of simulation,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for future practical production.
