基于CAM技术的数控加工课程改革的研究

摘要 分析了CAM技术在现代制造业的优势地位及教学中融入CAM技术的教学特点,在实际教学中,主要采用Mastercam软件进行仿真教学,该软件可以仿真建模,然后通过工艺参数的输入进行刀路的模拟和优化,实现自动编程功能,软件兼有机床常用的车、铣、车铣复合及线切割等功能,可以实时模拟出真实加工制造场景,弥补设备的不足。教学中采用OBE教学理念,侧重虚拟实践和成果导向,鼓励学生掌握一技之长;教学模块中融入课程思政的内容,激发学生的学习兴趣及爱国热情,为培养新时代制造业应用型人才为目的而进行的课程改革的研究。 The advantageous position of CAM technology in modern manufacturing industry and the teaching characteristics of integrating CAM technology in teaching,in the actual teaching,mainly using Mastercam software for simulation teaching,the software can simulate modeling,and then through the input of process parameters,the simulation and optimization of tool path,to achieve automatic programming function,the software has both the common machine tool turning,milling,turning and milling composite and The software can simulate real manufacturing scenarios in real time to make up for the lack of equipment.The OBE teaching concept is adopted,focusing on virtual practice and results orientation,encouraging students to master a skill;the teaching module is integrated into the content of course thinking and politics,stimulating students'interest in learning and patriotic enthusiasm,and the study of curriculum reform for the purpose of cultivating applied talents in the manufacturing industry in the new era.
