煤矿提升机制动系统故障检测方案的设计与验证

摘要 开发了一种矿井提升机制动系统故障检测方案。通过分析提升机制动器的故障机理,得出了主要状态参数,并设计了故障检测的总体方案。为便于矿井的实际应用,测试设备采用上、下位机的结构,以达到准确、有效的测试目的。该方案为能及时了解提升机制动系统的工作状况和早期的故障迹象,排除安全隐患,为改善机械传动部件的设计、制造、改进和质量打下了坚实的基础。 A fault detection scheme for mine hoist brake system was developed.By analysing the fault mechanism of the hoist brake,the main state parameters are derived and a general scheme for fault detection is designed around the stated state parameters.To facilitate practical application in mines,the test equipment is structured in an upper and lower unit for accurate and effective testing purposes.A solid foundation is laid for being able to understand the working conditions and early signs of failure of the hoist mechanism's drive system in time to eliminate safety hazards and to improve the design,manufacture,improvement and quality of the mechanical drive components.
