摘要
构建一种带式输送机机尾部驱动张紧力自动调节装置,该装置包括张紧力检测装置以及检测反馈装置,并对装置结构及控制方式等进行详细分析。将设计的装置在3502运输巷内布置的DTL120型带式输送机上应用表明,该机尾部驱动张紧力自动调节装置可实现输送带张紧力实时检测,并依据检测结果自动调整驱动滚筒转速,确保机尾位置不出现打滑问题,显著提高输送带及驱动滚筒使用寿命。
A belt conveyor tail drive tensioning force automatic adjustment device is constructed,which includes a tensioning force detection device and a detection feedback device,and the structure and control mode of the device are analyzed in detail.The application of the device on a DTL120 belt conveyor in the 3502 transport lane shows that the automatic adjustment of the drive tensioning force at the rear of the machine can achieve real-time detection of the belt tensioning force and automatic adjustment of the drive pulley speed according to the detection results,so as to ensure that no slippage occurs at the rear of the machine and significantly improve the service life of the belt and the drive pulley.
