摘要
在现有的三相异步电动机的壳体上设计了气动部以及储油部结构,气动部带动散热槽中的灰尘,通过储油部向电机轴补充润滑油。对比试验结果表明,所设计的耐热耐磨三相异步电动机能有效降低散热槽的积尘,改善电动机的散热效果,能保持电机轴的润滑,避免电机轴发生机械磨损,其耐热耐磨性明显优于普通的三相异步电动机。
A pneumatic section and an oil storage section were designed on the housing of an existing three-phase asynchronous motor.The pneumatic section drives the dust in the heat sink and replenishes the lubricating oil to the motor shaft through the oil storage section.The comparison test results show that the designed heat and wear resistant three-phase asynchronous motor can effectively reduce the dust accumulation in the heat sink,improve the heat dissipation of the motor,maintain the lubrication of the motor shaft,avoid mechanical wear of the motor shaft,and its heat and wear resistance is significantly better than the ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor.
