摘要
通过对带式输送机跑偏力的研究,分析了带式输送机跑偏的原因,设计了带式输送机跑偏校正装置。该装置可以采用立辊检测装置实时了解带式输送机中皮带的运行情况,并将工况信息准确地传递到PLC控制器中,若发现异常,所设计的纠偏装置就会进行纠偏工作。在实际应用后表明,该装置能够很好地处理皮带跑偏现象,有一定的应用价值。
Through the study of belt conveyor runout force,the causes of belt conveyor runout are analyzed and a belt conveyor runout correction device is designed.The device can use the vertical roller detection device to understand the operation of the belt in the belt conveyor in real time,and accurately transmit the information of the working condition to the PLC controller,and if abnormalities are found,the designed deviation correction device will carry out the correction work.The results of the practical application show that the device is able to handle the belt runout phenomenon well and has certain application value.
