摘要
针对某自动上料装置的桁架进行了轻量化研究,通过对桁架进行有限元分析,利用多目标优化方法对桁架进行优化设计,在满足桁架强度以及变形的可靠性前提下,对桁架进行尺寸优化,最终将桁架减重22.8%,节约了材料的使用成本,同时达到了轻量化的效果。
A study on the lightweighting of a truss of an automatic loading device was carried out.Through finite element analysis of the truss,multi-objective optimization method was used to optimize the design of the truss,and under the premise of satisfying the reliability of the strength and deformation of the truss,the dimensions of the truss were optimized,and finally the weight of the truss was reduced by 22.8%,which saved the material cost and achieved the effect of lightweighting.
