矿用液压支架顶梁结构强度优化措施

摘要 针对矿用液压支架在煤矿开采过程中受采空区矸石撞击、顶板强度压力等影响,极易发生变形与断裂的问题,为确保矿用液压支架顶梁结构强度得到良好提升,对矿用液压支架顶梁结构特点进行研究,提出具体的优化措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。 For the mining hydraulic bracket in the coal mining process by the impact of gangue in the mining area,the strength of the roof pressure,etc.,easy to deformation and fracture problems,and in order to ensure that the structural strength of mining hydraulic bracket roof beam is well improved,the structural characteristics of mining hydraulic bracket roof beam are studied and specific optimisation measures are proposed,which can ensure that mining hydraulic bracket is safer and more stable,with a view to providing reference for relevant personnel.
