摘要
基于传统掘进机电缆牵引装置存在的拖地现象严重而且滑移摩擦阻力较大的问题,通过设计张紧装置及可伸缩固定梁装置对原有电缆牵引装置进行改造优化,提高了电缆牵引装置的适用性,也提高了掘进面的整体作业效率。
Based on the significant drawbacks of traditional cable traction devices in tunneling machines,such as severe ground dragging and high sliding friction resistance,the original cable traction device has been improved and optimized by designing tensioning devices and retractable fixed beam devices,which improves the applicability of the cable traction device and also improves the overall operational efficiency of the excavation face.
