摘要
立体仓库是现代生产系统的集散地,是柔性制造离不开的重要环节。针对小型自动生产线工件快速仓储的问题,采用了机电一体化系统设计的方法,通过对滚珠丝杠、伺服电机等设备的选型计算,叉货气动装置气压回路的设计,完成了立体仓储控制系统的硬件设计。根据I/O口分配表、控制流程图,进行了编程和系统仿真与调试,完成了立体仓储控制系统的软件设计。
The stereo warehouse is a modern production system of the collection and distribution,is an important link of flexible manufacturing inseparable.Aiming at the problem of rapid warehousing of workpieces in small automatic production lines,the method of mechatronic system design is adopted,and the hardware design of the three-dimensional warehouse control system is completed through the calculation of the selection of ball screws,servo motors and other equipment,and the design of the pneumatic circuit of the fork pneumatic device.According to the I/O port allocation table,control flow chart,programming and system simulation and debugging,completed the software design of the three-dimensional storage control system.
