摘要
针对矿井通风机运行稳定性差、故障率高的问题,提出了一种新的基于PLC的矿井通风机运行状态监测及预警体系,在对矿井通风机常见运行故障进行统计分析的基础上,确定了状态监测及预警体系的核心监测参数,然后对各监测设备位置、状态监测及预警逻辑等进行了研究。应用结果表明:该预警体系能够实现对通风机运行状态的实时在线监测和预警,将风机运行故障率减少93.3%以上,显著提升了矿井通风系统的运行安全性。
In view of the shortcomings of poor stability and high failure rate of mine ventilators,a new PLC-based monitoring and early warning system for mine ventilators is proposed.The results show that the early warning system can achieve real-time online monitoring and early warning of the ventilation fan operation status,reducing the fan operation failure rate by more than 93.3%and significantly improving the operation safety of the mine ventilation system.
