矿井动叶可调主通风机集中控制系统的设计与应用

摘要 采用由PLC和上位机一起构成的动叶可调主通风机集中控制系统,可以实现对通风机运作状态以及供配电系统的具体功能技术参数等信息的集中控制,同时也对数据信息实现了集中展示和分析后的统一处理等工作;另外,通过对风机的工作点和效率的智能拟合,集中控制系统能针对动叶可调通风机达到实时调整叶片角度的目的,以实现启动过程中的平稳化、风量调节实时化的效果,进而使得矿井通风机可以自动控制管理。 The centralized control system of the main ventilator with adjustable dynamic blades,which is composed of PLC and the upper computer,can realize the centralized control of the operation status of the ventilator and the specific functional and technical parameters of the power supply and distribution system,as well as the centralized display and the unified processing of the data information after analysis.In addition,through the intelligent fiting of the working point and efficiency of the fan,the centralised control system is able to adjust the blade angle in real time for the dynamic blade adjustable ventilator,in order to achieve a smooth start-up process and real-time air volume adjustment,thus enabling the mine ventilator to be automatically controlled and managed.
