摘要
某型桥梁装备架设液压系统由压力控制回路、方向控制回路和电气控制单元等组成,由于其作业环境恶劣,在使用中不可避免出现各种故障,分析了该装备液压系统的几种典型回路的组成结构、工作原理与故障特点,提出了故障的排除措施。该论文研究成果可用于指导其他工程装备液压的维修保障。
The hydraulic system of a certain bridge equipment erection consists of pressure control loop,direction control loop and electrical control unit.This paper analyzes the structure,working principle and fault characteristics of several typical circuits of the hydraulic system of the equipment,and puts forward the troubleshooting measures.The research results can be used to guide the maintenance and support of other engineering equipment.
