摘要
以3508孤岛工作面过空巷为研究对象,针对采面开采范围内应力集中、空巷在采动影响下围岩控制困难等问题,提出采泵送支柱方式支护空巷。根据3508孤岛工作面现场情况,确保泵送支柱充填材料类型、支柱布置方案及充填工艺,并进行工程应用。现场应用后,采面在过空巷期间空巷围岩变形量较小,采面顶板及煤壁基本保持稳定,泵送支柱为采面安全过空巷创造了良好条件。
Taking 3508 isolated island working face over hollow lane as the research object,in view of the stress concentration within the mining area of the mining face and the dificulties in controlling the surrounding rock in the hollow lane under the influence of mining movement,the pumping pillar method is proposed to support the hollow lane.According to the site condition of 3508 isolated face,the type of pumping pillar filling material,pillar arrangement scheme and flling process were ensured and applied in the project.After the application,the deformation of the surrounding rocks of the openings during the crossing of the openings was small,and the roof and coal wall of the mining face were basically stable.
