摘要
基于王家岭煤矿18105辅运顺槽掘进后受集中应力影响,巷道出现顶板下沉、底板鼓起以及两帮收缩现象,分析了原支护设计主要存在的问题,并根据掘进现状,对原支护技术进行合理优化,提出了“注浆锚索+JW型锚索钢棚+L型钢带”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取联合支护技术后,巷道围岩整体稳定性大大提高,巷道顶板下沉量控制在0.15 m以下,两帮收敛量控制在0.24 m以下,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the influence of concentrated stress on the excavation of the auxiliary transportation channel in Wangjialing Coal Mine 18105,the phenomenon of roof sinking,floor bulging,and two sides shrinkage occurred in the tunnel.The main problems in the original support design were analyzed,and based on the current excavation situation,the original support technology was reasonably optimized.A combined support technology of"grouting anchor cable+JW anchor cable steel shed+L-shaped steel belt"was proposed.Through practical application results,after adopting the combined support technology,The overall stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel has been greatly improved,with the subsidence of the tunnel roof controlled below 0.15 m and the convergence of the two sides controlled below 0.24 m,achieving significant application results.
