综采工作面回撤通道支护优化研究

Study on Optimization of Support for Retraction Channel of Header Working Face

基于晋能控股煤业集团某矿4204回采工作面工程概况,提出了采用锚索、钢带并配合使用柔性聚酯增强塑料网挂网进行联合支护的方式来支护回撤通道顶板的策略。实际应用效果表明,新支护方案支护效果更好,工人劳动强度更低,支护效率更高,更好地保障了回撤通道的顶板稳定性。

Based on the project profile of 4204 back mining face in a mine of Jineng Holding Coal Group,the support strategy of using anchor cable,steel belt and flexible polyester reinforced plastic mesh hanging net for combined support to support the roof of the retraction channel is proposed.The actual application results show that the new support scheme has better support effect,lower labor intensity of workers,higher support efficiency,and better guarantee the stability of the roof plate of the retraction channel.
