摘要
山西某矿按照生产需要接续掘进60105工作面回风顺槽。60105工作面位于井田西北部,顶板泥岩容易破碎,多层分布,局部可能有小的断裂构造,根据巷道用途和围岩层位特征,综合考虑通风、行人、设备运输的要求,本着安全合理的原则,设计巷道断面形状为矩形断面;确定采用锚网喷+锚索补强支护的方式。经实践,该支护方式取得了较好的应用效果,为采掘顺利衔接提供了保障。
A mine in Shanxi Province needs to dig 60105 backwind chute successively according to production needs.60105 working face is located in the northwest of the shaft field,the roof mudstone is easy to break,multi-layer distribution,there may be small local fracture structure,according to the purpose of the roadway and the characteristics of the surrounding rock layer,comprehensive consideration of ventilation,pedestrian,equipment transportation requirements,in line with the principle of safety and reasonable,the design roadway section shape is rectangular section;determine the use of Anchor network spraying+anchor cable reinforcement support method.The design is based on the principle of safety and reasonableness.
