全煤巷道掘进漏顶分析及治理技术研究

摘要 针对山西某矿3203运输巷掘进至断层影响范围内顶板出现漏顶的问题,在分析漏顶原因基础上,提出以充填漏顶区并强化顶板支护为核心的漏顶区治理技术。具体通过注浆提升巷道顶板稳定性及承载能力,通过构筑人工假顶、密集钢棚方式充填及强化漏顶区加固,避免漏顶区顶板在后续采掘及构造应力扰动作用下出现较大变形,取得较为显著的治理效果。 Based on the analysis of the causes of roof leakage,a roof leakage control technique is proposed to fill the leakage area and strengthen the roof support as the core.Specifically,through grouting to improve the stability and load-bearing capacity of the roof of the roadway,through the construction of artificial false roof,dense steel shed way to fill and strengthen the reinforcement of the leaking roof area,to prevent the roof of the leaking roof area in the subsequent mining and tectonic stress disturbance effect does not appear large deformation,to achieve more significant treatment effect.
