汇通派医家“体工”概念及临床应用研究

Concept and Clinical Application of‘Tigong’in School of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

体工,是十九世纪初中西医汇通学派提出的一个医学概念,指人体对抗内外环境变化的防御本能。恽铁樵、祝味菊、冉雪峰等汇通派医家在其著作中多次引用“体工”概念论述医理,本文阐述三位医家对体工的认识,讨论治病时应顺应体工抗邪趋势,扶弱馁强,维持体工自愈之能,分析体工在中药配伍中的应用,比较体工自愈之能与免疫学抵抗力异同,以期推进对人体自愈之能的认知,更好地提高临床疗效。

Tigong is a medical concept proposed by the school of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the 19th century,that is,the ability of patients to restore normal physiological functions.YUN Tieqiao,ZHU Weiju,RAN Xuefeng and other doctors have quoted Tigong for many times in their books to discuss medical science.This study expounded the understanding of Tigong by the three doctors and discussed that treating diseases should follow the trend of Tigong resistance to pathogens by strengthening the weakners and discouraging the strength;it analyzed the application of Tigong in herbal compounding and compared the difference between the self-healing ability of Tigong and the resistance of immunology.It is expected to promote the cognition of human self-healing ability and better improve the clinical efficacy.
