摘要
文章通过宏观形貌观测、微观组织观测、硬度测试、微区成分分析等多种分析手段,对6063铝合金型材在挤压时出现的撕裂型缺陷产生的原因进行分析,确认了缺陷不是粗大化合物造成,而是由于金属夹杂在熔铸或挤压过程的引入造成的,因此在实际生产中,应加大过程监控力度,避免此类异物流入制品中,造成制品不合格或设备损伤。
This paper analyzes the causes of tear defects of 6063 aluminum alloy profiles during extrusion by means of macroscopic morphology observation,microscopic structure observation,hardness test and micro-component analysis,and confirms that the defects are not caused by coarse compounds,but by the introduction of metal inclusion in the process of melting casting or extrusion.Therefore,in actual production,the process monitoring should be strengthened to avoid such foreign matter flowing into products,resulting in unqualified products or equipment damage.
