摘要
针对有色金属加工设备具体工业场景,提出一种基于机器视觉的设备红外图像检测方法。通过红外相机采集物体热辐射图像,利用图像测温算法对设备的温度进行在线检测与分析,实现异常状态的实时信息发布,达到减少机组非计划停机的目标。
In this paper,aiming at the specific industrial scene of non-ferrous metal processing equipment,an infrared image detection based on machine vision is proposed.The infrared camera collects the thermal radiation image of the object,uses the image temperature measurement algorithm to detect and analyze the temperature of the equipment online,realizes the real-time information release of abnormal state,and achieve the goal of reducing the unplanned downtime of the unit.
