小型风力发电机设计及电磁特性研究

摘要 小型风力发电机组对环境适用性强,可改善用电结构,在推动能源绿色低碳的能源革命上将发挥积极作用,具有广阔的市场前景。本文对22kW小型风力发电机进行了设计,对比了20极72槽和30极36槽两种不同极槽配合的方案,从中选取了综合性能较优的一种进行详细的电磁方案计算。从空载特性、负载特性、短路特性、不平衡磁拉力等方面对其进行了电磁特性仿真。结合样机型式试验结果对其进行验证。 Small wind turbines have strong applicability to the environment,can improve the structure of electricity consumption,and will play an active role in promoting the green and low-carbon energy revolution of energy,which is not constrained by the installation site and has a wide application market prospect.In this paper,it presented a design for a 22 kW small wind turbine,comparing two different pole slot matching schemes:a 20 pole 72 slot and a 30 pole 36 slot.The one with the best overall performance was selected for specific electromagnetic scheme calculation.A relatively complete simulation of its electromagnetic characteristics was conducted from the aspects of no-load characteristics,load characteristics,short-circuit characteristics,unbalanced magnetic pull,electromagnetic force,etc,validated it based on the results of the prototype type test.
