综合护理干预在儿童癫痫患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with epilepsy

目的:探讨综合护理干预在儿童癫痫患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取80例儿童癫痫患者为研究对象,将入组的患儿进行随机分组,各40例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组患儿则联合开展综合护理干预。对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果:干预后,两组患儿SAS与SDS评分较干预前均明显降低,且研究组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家长癫痫疾病认知度各项目评分均显著高于对照组,组间相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患儿QOLCE各维度评分较干预前均明显升高,且研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预有助于改善患儿心理状态,提高家长对疾病的认知度及患儿治疗依从性,家长满意度高。对促进癫痫患儿病情康复、改善生活质量均有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of children with epilepsy.Methods:80 children with epilepsy were selected as the research objects,and the enrolled children were randomly divided into groups,40 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given routine nursing,while the children in the study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups of children was compared.Results:After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each item of epilepsy disease awareness of the parents of children in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).After the intervention,the QOLCE scores of each dimension in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can help to improve children's psychological state,improve parents'awareness of disease and children's treatment compliance,and parents'satisfaction is high.It has positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of children with epilepsy and improving the quality of life.
