摘要
目的研究基于March算法的电子病案数据存储归档方法,测试存储器故障,提高存储归档的效率。方法有效结合区块链结构的数据存储特点,建立电子病案数据存储模型,加密电子病案数据,保证电子病案数据不被篡改;基于March算法,通过对指定电子病案存储单元数据执行读写操作,测试电子病案存储模型中存储器故障,维护电子病案数据安全;并基于分布式哈希表区块链归档存储模型中的电子病案数据,降低电子病案数据存储模型存储压力的同时不影响其存储可靠性。结果该方法故障检测覆盖率高达100%,能够准确检测出所有的存储器故障类型和个数,归档率均在98%以上,且能够节约医院开销、快速查询到所需患者的个人电子病案数据。结论该方法能够测试存储器故障,提高存储归档的效率,可以广泛应用于电子病案数据存储归档领域。
Objective To study the storage and archiving method of electronic medical records data based on the March algorithm,to test the memory failures and improve the efficiency of storage and archiving.Methods Effectively combining the data storage characteristics of blockchain structure,an electronic medical record data storage model was established,the electronic medical record data was encrypted to ensure that the electronic medical record data was not tampered.Based on the March algorithm,performed read-write operations on the data in the designated electronic medical record storage unit,tested memory failures in the electronic medical record storage model,and maintained data security.Based on the distributed Hash table blockchain archiving and storage model for electronic medical record data,it reduced the storage pressure of the electronic medical record data storage model without affecting its storage reliability.Results The fault detection coverage rate of this method was as high as 100%,and it could accurately detect all types and numbers of memory faults.The archiving rate was above 98%,which could save hospital expenses and quickly query the personal electronic medical record data of the required patients.Conclusion This method can test memory failures,improve the efficiency of storage and archiving,and can be widely used in the field of electronic medical record data storage and archiving.
