Research Progress and Potential Diagnostic Value of Exosomes in Neuroblastoma

神经母细胞瘤(Neuroblastoma,NB)是一种多发于婴幼儿的实体瘤,高危患者一般预后不良,研究外泌体在NB中的作用有利于疾病的早期诊断和精准治疗。本文描述了外泌体的主要特征,并阐述了其在肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移和化疗抵抗中的作用机制,总结了外泌体及内容物在NB中的诊疗价值,对外泌体的临床转化进行了分析,旨在为患儿提供无创、快速、灵敏的早期诊断思路,并为NB外泌体体外诊断试剂的研发提供策略和基本思路,有利于改善患儿生活质量,提高生存率。

Neuroblastoma(NB)is a solid tumor that often occurs in infants and high risk patients usually with poor prognosis.Studying the role of exosomes in NB is conducive to early diagnosis and accurate treatment of the disease.This paper focuses on describing characteristics of exosomes and its role in the occurrence,development,invasion,metastasis and resistance of tumors.The diagnostic and therapeutic value of exosomes and its clinical application were analyzed.The research is expected to provide noninvasive,rapid and sensitive early diagnosis ways for patients,and provide strategies and basic ideas for the development of in vitro diagnostic reagents for NB exosomes,which is conducive to improving the quality of life and survival rate of children.
