狭叶白蜡秋季叶片呈色生理变化研究

摘要 为明确狭叶白蜡树种秋季叶片呈色变化的生理机制,于绿叶期、红紫叶期、落叶前期对狭叶白蜡采样进行生理机制对比研究,测定其在秋季叶色变化过程中的叶色参数、色素含量、抗坏血酸-谷胱甘肽循环系统、氮含量及相关酶活性、渗透调节物质含量、营养元素含量及PAL、PPO、POD酶活性等指标,探究狭叶白蜡叶片在转色过程中的生理差异,阐明狭叶白蜡呈色的生理机制,为彩叶植物呈色机理的研究及狭叶白蜡的推广应用提供重要的理论依据。 To clarify the physiological mechanism of leaf discoloration in autumn,a comparative study was conducted on the physiological mechanism of Fraxinus angustifolia leaf sampling at the green leaf stage,red and purple leaf stage and early deciduous stage.The leaf color parameters,pigment content,ascorbate-glutathione circulatory system,nitrogen content,related enzyme activities,osmotic regulatory substance content and nutrient element content were measured during the leaf color change process in autumn to explore the physiological differences in the leaf color change process and clarify the physiological mechanism of leaf color.It provided important theoretical basis for the study on the mechanism of coloration of colored-leaf plants and the popularization and application of F.angustifolia.
