铝合金电镀银粗糙故障原因分析

摘要 针对铝合金零件电镀银层表面存在粗糙现象的故障,绘制因果图对铝合金电镀银的生产过程包括浸锌、电镀铜、化学镀镍、电镀银等过程进行了排查,查找了生产参数记录,现场了解了实际情况,进行了工艺试验。结果表明:本次故障原因是零件浸锌溶液老化所致,配制浸锌溶液后进行电镀银试验,零件表面无粗糙问题,解决了该故障问题。 In view of the rough surface of the silver plating layer on aluminum alloy parts,a cause and effect diagram was drawn to check the production process of aluminum alloy silver plating,including zinc dipping,copper plating,electroless nickel plating,silver plating and so on.The production parameter records were searched,the actual situation was understood on site,and the process test was carried out.The results show that the fault was caused by the aging of the zinc-dipping solution of the parts.After preparing the zinc dipping solution,the silver electroplating test was carried out,and it was found that the surface of the parts was not rough,which revealed that the problem was solved.
