大庆油田致密油水平井体积改造技术发展与建议

Development and suggestions for volume transformation of tight oil by horizontal wells in Daqing Oilfield

摘要 大庆油田历经六十余年开发,长垣主力油层已进入高含水期,为寻求产量突破点,建设百年油田,勘探开发重点由常规油气向非常规油气转移,为了有效动用致密油,历经十余年攻关,油田形成了直井缝网压裂和水平井体积改造两大主体成熟技术,其中,水平井体积改造技术是实现致密油高效开发的关键,压后水平井产量相较直井产量可提高两倍多。经过不断探索完善,大庆油田创新形成了以“段内多簇+小簇间距+限流射孔+暂堵转向+全石英砂组合+一体化滑溜水连续加砂”为核心的水平井“体积压裂2.0”技术。该技术现场应用取得了良好效果,为实现致密油建产提供了强有力的技术支撑,并使得致密油成为大庆油田新的增储领域。 After more than 60 years of development in Daqing Oilfield,the major oil layers in Changyuan has entered into high water content.In order to seek production breakthrough and realize sustainable development,the focus of exploration and development should shift from conventional to unconventional resources.In order to fully use tight oil,after ten years of research and development,two technologies,namely network fracturing by vertical wells and volume transformation by horizontal wells have been developed,the latter is the key to achieving efficient development of tight oil,and the production of horizontal wells after fracturing is increased by more than two times compared with vertical wells.After continuous exploration and improvement,Daqing Oilfield has innovated and formed volume fracturing 2.0,with"multiple clusters in section+small cluster spacing+flow restriction injection+temporary plugging and steering+full quartz sand combination+continuous sand addition by integrated slick water"as the core,which has achieved good results and provided a strong technical support for tight oil production,making tight oil a realistic field for reserve enhancement in Daqing Oilfield.
