应用缝网压裂技术提高G区块开发效果

摘要 G区块1998年投入开发,由于储层物性差,油水井间无法建立有效连通,油井供液能力和水井吸水能力快速下降,为此采取了油井普通压裂、水井酸化等常规水驱调整措施,但有效率低且有效期短,目前油水井大批关井或间歇生产,区块处于整体关停状态。为改善G区块开发效果,选取其中一个井组开展缝网压裂试验,借鉴大庆油田致密油开发理念,优化改造规模,优选压裂液和支撑剂。现场实施后,试验井平均日产油2.2 t,动液面得到有效恢复,井组成功复产,取得了较好的效果,且对同类区块开发具有一定的借鉴意义。 Block G was put into development in 1998.Due to poor reservoir physical properties,the connectivity between oil and water wells could not be established,and the fluid supply capacity of oil wells and water absorption capacity of water wells decreased rapidly.For this reason,conventional water drive adjustment measures such as ordinary fracturing of oil wells and acidification of water wells have been taken,but the efficiency is low and the validity period is short.At present,a large number of oil and water wells are shut in or produced intermittently,and the block is in the overall shutdown state.In order to improve the development effect of Block G,one of the well groups is selected to carry out network fracturing test,and the tight oil development concept of Daqing oilfield is used for reference to optimize the reconstruction scale,fracturing fluid and proppant.After the field implementation,the average daily oil production of the test well is 2.2 t,the dynamic level was restored and the well cluster resumed production,which has achieved good results and provides a good reference significance for the development of similar blocks.
