倾斜摄影测量技术在农村不动产权籍调查中的应用

Application of tilt photogrammetry technology in rural real estate ownership survey

不动产测量是农村不动产权籍调查工作的必要环节和重要依据,全国性的农村不动产权籍调查工作通常项目经费有限、工期紧、任务重。传统的测量方法是全站仪与RTK联测的方法,虽然能够满足调查工作的基本要求,但是存在耗费人力、成本高、效率低等问题,而且全国各地农村环境差异大,测量难度高。相对而言,倾斜摄影测量技术具有高效率、低成本、高自动化等优势。因此,通过实验讨论倾斜摄影测量在农村不动产权籍调查工作中是可行的,并且比传统测量方法更有优势。

The survey of real estate is a necessary link and an important basis for the survey of rural real estate ownership.The national survey of rural real estate ownership usually has limited project funds,tight construction period and heavy tasks.The traditional measurement method is the one of total station combined with RTK.Although it can meet the basic requirements of investigation,such problems as labor consumption,high cost and low efficiency are existed.Moreover,the rural environment varies greatly throughout the country,and the difficulty in corresponding measurement increases greatly too.Relatively speaking,the tilt photogrammetry technology has the advantages of high efficiency,low cost and high automation.Therefore,this paper discusses the feasibility of oblique photogrammetry in the investigation for rural real estate ownership through experiments,and obtains more advantages than the traditional measurement methods.
