摘要
充分利用数字技术赋能体医融合治理是时代发展的必然选择。本研究探讨了数字赋能体医融合治理的现实价值与实践困境,并提出推进策略,以期为提升体医融合治理效能、推动体医融合深入开展提供理论依据和实践参考。研究认为:数字赋能体医融合治理的现实价值主要在于推动体医融合治理结构协同开放、治理决策科学民主、治理资源高效配置、服务供给精准普惠、治理评估长效运行;在具体实践中仍面临治理主体缺乏数字赋能的理念思维、制度设计滞后、数字技术支撑不足、数字鸿沟阻抑等困境。为此,从革新理念思维、完善制度设计、夯实数字技术支撑、弥合健康弱势群体面临的数字鸿沟等方面提出数字赋能体医融合治理的推进策略。
Fully utilizing digital technology to empower the governance of sports-medicine integration is an inevitable choice for the development of the times.This study explores the practical values and implementing difficulties of digital empowerment for governance of sports-medicine integration,and proposes promotion strategies to provide theoretical basis and practical references for improving the governance effectiveness of sports-medicine integration and promoting the in-depth development of sports-medicine integration.It suggests that the practical values of digital empowerment for govern-ance of sports-medicine integration mainly lie in promoting collaborative and open governance structures,enabling scientific and democratic decision-making,efficient allocation of governance resources,precise and inclusive service supply,and long-term operation of governance evaluation.However,there are still some implementing difficulties such as governance subjects lacking the concept and thinking of digital empowerment,lagging institutional design,insufficient digital techno-logy support,and the obstruction of the digital divide.Therefore,the following promotion strategies are proposed:innova-ting the concept and thinking,improving institutional design,consolidating digital technology support,and bridging the dig-ital divide faced by health vulnerable groups.
