摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者中约有70%~75%的患者存在胰岛素抵抗(IR),IR作为一种内分泌系统异常生理状态,是PCOS病理生理改变的重要环节。PCOS与促性腺激素释放中断、卵泡成熟障碍、慢性低度炎症以及IR等有关,其中慢性炎症相关的多条信号通路参与了PCOS-IR发生发展的生物过程。因此,本文从PCOS-IR与慢性炎症及其相关信号通路之间的关系方面进行详细探讨,进一步了解PCOS-IR患者中慢性炎症的发病机制,以期为今后PCOS-IR伴慢性炎症患者的治疗提供理论依据。
About 70%-75%of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)suffer from insulin resistance(IR).As an abnormal physiological state of the endocrine system,IR plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PCOS.PCOS is related to the interruption of gonadotropin release,follicle maturation disorder,chronic low-grade inflammation and IR,among which multiple signaling pathways related to chronic inflammation are involved in the biological process of PCOS-IR occurrence and development.Therefore,this paper explores in detail the relationship between PCOS-IR and chronic inflammation and its related signaling pathways,in order to further understand the pathogenesis of chronic inflammation in PCOS-IR patients and provide theoretical basis for the treatment of PCOS-IR patients with chronic inflammation in the future.
