某纯电动环卫车动力链匹配分析

摘要 近年来,我国新能源汽车发展迅速。环卫车作为重点细分产品,受补贴退坡影响非常少,市场渗透率逐年提高,2021年销售新能源环卫车3752辆,预计未来3~5年,市场将高速增长。文章以某纯电动环卫车为例,根据动力性、经济性的4项指标,通过理论分析和仿真计算,首先选型动力链系统参数,其次结合实车路谱采集,然后基于Cruise软件建立3种技术路线的仿真模型,完成多动力链配置的动力性、经济性验证,最后从动力性、经济性、成本、对标竞品等方面综合分析,确定最佳动力链配置组合。文章可为同类纯电动专用车产品动力链的设计提供参考,具有一定的指导作用。 In recent years,China's new energy vehicles have developed rapidly.As a key subdivision product,environmental sanitation vehicles are very little affected by the subsidy recession,and their market penetration is increasing year by year.3752 new energy environmental sanitation vehicles have been sold in 2021.It is expected that the market will grow rapidly in the next 3~5 years.This paper taking a pure electric sanitation vehicle as an example,according to the four indicators of power and economy,through theoretical analysis and simulation calculation,selects the power chain system parameters firstly,then combining with the real vehicle road spectrum collection,and then establishing the simulation model of three technical routes based on Cruise software,verifies the power and economy of multiple power chain configuration,finally,through comprehensive analysis of power,economy,cost and competing products,determines the optimal power chain configuration combination.The paper can provide reference for the design of power chain of similar pure electric special vehicle products,and has a certain guiding role.
