独一味胶囊在促进切开重睑术后恢复的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Capsules in promoting recovery after blepharoplasty

目的探讨独一味胶囊在促进切开重睑术后恢复的临床疗效,旨在为独一味胶囊在临床应用提供参考依据。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月赣州市人民医院收治的50例切开法重睑成形术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组患者采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶涂抹于手术创面,观察组患者在重组人表皮生长因子凝胶涂抹于手术创面的基础上采用在术后当天口服独一味胶囊,连用30 d。比较两组患者的两组眼部肿胀缓解程度、眼周组织肿胀、疼痛程度。结果观察组患者的眼部肿胀缓解程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、5、7、15、30d的平均眼裂高度高于对照组,平均重睑宽度、平均肿胀程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、5、7、15、30 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在切开重睑术后应用独一味胶囊,能促进切开重睑术后恢复,效果优良,明显缓解术后眼皮肿胀和眼周组织肿胀,降低术后疼痛程度,有助于患者早日康复,推荐临床使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Capsules in promoting recovery after blepharoplasty,to provide a reference for the clinical application of Duyiwei Capsules.Methods A total of 50 patients with open blepharoplasty admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were applied to the surgical wound with Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel,and the patients in the observation group were treated with oral Duyiwei Capsules on the day after surgery on the basis of the Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel applied to the surgical wound for 30 days.The degree of ocular swelling relief,swelling of the tissues around the eyes,and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of ocular swelling relief in observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,5,7,15 and 30 days after operation,the average eye cleft height in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the average double eyelid width and average swelling score were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 3,5,7,15 and 30 days after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Duyiwei Capsules after eyelid incision can promote the recovery after blepharoplasty excellent effect,significantly relieve postoperative eyelid swelling and swelling of eye tissues,reduce postoperative pain,help patients recover and recommend clinical use.
