关节镜微创技术治疗膝关节骨创伤患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique on patients with knee bone trauma

目的探讨采用关节镜微创技术对膝关节骨创伤患者进行治疗后获得临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年4月山东健康集团枣庄中心医院收治的72例膝关节骨创伤患者作为研究对象,采用投掷硬币法将其分为参照组(n=36)和研究组(n=36)。参照组患者采用常规方式完成治疗;研究组患者采用关节镜微创技术完成治疗;比较两组膝关节骨创伤患者治疗总有效率、膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)疼痛程度评分、各项指标(术中出血量、手术切口长度、手术时间以及骨折愈合时间)。结果研究组膝关节骨创伤患者治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,研究组膝关节骨创伤患者膝关节功能评分、VAS视觉模拟法疼痛程度评分同参照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组膝关节骨创伤患者膝关节功能评分高于参照组,VAS视觉模拟评分法疼痛程度评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组膝关节骨创伤患者术中出血量少于参照组,手术切口长度、手术时间以及骨折愈合时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对膝关节骨创伤患者在治疗期间,同常规治疗比较,关节镜微创技术的有效运用,可将膝关节骨创伤患者的治疗效果显著提升,将其膝关节功能改善,使疼痛程度有效缓解,将术中出血量减少,使手术切口缩小,确保手术时间以及骨折愈合时间明显缩短,进一步表明对膝关节骨创伤患者给予关节镜微创技术治疗的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive arthroscopic treatment for patients with knee bone trauma.Methods A total of 72 patients with knee bone trauma from February 2020 to April 2022 in Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Health Group were selected as subjects.They were divided into reference group(n=36)and study group(n=36)by coin toss method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.The patients in the study group were treated with minimally invasive arthroscopic technique.Total effective rate,knee function score,visual analogue scale(VAS)pain degree score,and various indexes(intraoperative blood loss,length of surgical incision,operative time and fracture healing time)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of knee bone trauma patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,knee function scores and pain degree scores of patients with knee bone trauma in the study group were compared with those in the control group,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the knee function score of patients with knee bone trauma in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the pain degree score by VAS visual analog scale was lower than that in the reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of patients with knee bone trauma in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and the length of surgical incision,operation time and fracture healing time were shorter than that in the reference group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with knee bone trauma,compared with conventional treatment,the effective application of minimally invasive arthroscopic technology can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with knee bone trauma,improve the function of the knee joint,effectively relieve the degree of pain,reduce intraoperative blood loss,narrow the surgical incision,and ensure that the operation time and fracture healing time are significantly shortened.It further indicated the clinical value of minimally invasive arthroscopic technique in the treatment of patients with knee bone trauma.
