中药含漱液联合强化口腔护理对慢性牙周炎患者牙周状况及口腔保健行为的影响

Effect of Chinese medicine gargle combined with intensive oral care on periodontal status and oral health behavior in patients with chronic periodontitis

目的探讨中药含漱液联合强化口腔护理在慢性牙周炎患者中的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月九江市中医医院收治的68例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组患者采取强化口腔护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上采取中药含漱液护理,两组均持续干预7d。比较两组患者的牙周状况、口腔保健行为以及生活质量。结果观察组患者干预后的牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、软垢指数(DI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的每次刷牙时间长于对照组,每日刷牙次数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药含漱液联合强化口腔护理可改善慢性牙周炎患者牙周状况,促使患者保持良好的口腔保健行为,有助于提升患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine gargle combined with intensive oral care in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received intensive oral care,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine gargle care on the basis of the control group.Both groups were continuously intervened for 7 days.Periodontal status,oral health behavior and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)and debris index(DI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the brushing time of observation group was longer than that of control group,and the daily brushing times was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the oral health impact profile-14(HIP-14)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine gargle combined with intensive oral care can improve the periodontal status of patients with chronic periodontitis,promote patients to maintain good oral health behavior,and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
