The report of the 20th National Congress of the party comprehensively summarizes the great changes in the past five years and the decade of the new era,scientific planning goals,tasks and policies for the development of the party and the state in the future,and it is a political declaration and programme of action to unite and mobilize the whole party and the people of all ethnic groups to build a modern socialist country in an all-round way and to advance Chinese Dream in an all-round way.Universities directly under the National People's Committee should thoroughly study the spirit of the party's report on the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,firmly adhere to the fundamental task of educating people for the party and the nation,and bear in mind that the country's greatness lies in forging a strong sense of Chinese Volksgemeinschaft,based on the construction of teachers'morality and style of study,this paper explores and innovates the basic problems of who to train,who to train and how to train.
