摘要
将环境规制纳入全球价值链环境效应的分析框架,实证检验全球价值链嵌入对中美两国二氧化碳排放的影响。研究结果显示:全球价值链分工在实现美国二氧化碳减排的同时,引致中国二氧化碳排放增加;相比后向参与度,中美两国全球价值链前向参与度更利于二氧化碳减排;环境规制可有效抑制中美两国二氧化碳排放。中国在提升价值链自主可控能力的同时,应以绿色技术创新为抓手,加快制造业高端化、智能化与绿色化转型。
The paper brings environmental regulation into the analytical framework of environmental effects on the global value chain,and empirically tests the impact of global value chain embedding on carbon dioxide emissions in China and the United States.The results show that that the global value chain division of labor not only achieves carbon dioxide emissions reduction in the United States,but also leads to an increase in carbon dioxide emissions in China.Forward GVC participation is more favorable to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions than backward GVC participation.Environmental regulations can constrain the carbon dioxide emission both in China and in the United States.China should improve the independent and controllable ability of GVC and take the green technology innovation as the key point to realize the high-end,intelligent and green transformation of the manufacturing industry.
