This article elaborates on the value logic,critical logic,and practical logic of Marx's"Introduction to the Critique of Hegelian Philosophy of Law"regarding the liberation of human thought.From the standpoint of historical materialism and atheism,Marx put forward the theory that man is the highest essence of man.On this basis,he theoretically criticized Politics of Germany's political system and national philosophy,and pointed out that only relying on the proletariat can realize the important thought of the liberation of all mankind.In the new era,it is still necessary to inherit the core idea of the Introduction to the Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Law,stabilize the people's position,carry forward the spirit of struggle,and promote Chinese path to modernization in the realization of human's free and comprehensive development.
