“互联网+”促进高校大学生心理健康建设研究

Research on mental health service in colleges and universities in the era of“Internet+”

随着网络技术的高速发展,“互联网+心理健康”这一新兴服务应运而生。互联网+凭借其共享开放、形式新颖的强大功能为高校心理健康服务工作注入源源不断的动力。笔者通过对我国高校心理健康服务的现状展开分析,立足大学生心理发展特点,摸索互联网技术丰富高校心理健康教育实践的新模式,旨在以“互联网+”为新思路打破传统高校心理健康工作的僵局,增强大学生心理卫生工作的实效。

With the rapid development of internet technology,“Internet+mental health”service has emerged.“Internet+”injects endless energy into mental health service in colleges and universities with its shared,open and powerful function.The author explores the new mode of integration of internet technology and mental health education by analyzing the current situation and the characteristics of psychological development of college students to break the logjam of traditional way and enhance the effectiveness of mental health service.
