新形势下高校纪委监督工作现状、存在的问题及对策

The current situation,existing problems and solutions of supervision of the Commission for Discipline Inspection in Colleges and Universities

高校纪委作为纪检监察队伍中的特殊力量,肩负着监督保障党的教育方针在高校有效落实的重要使命。笔者阐述了高校纪委监督工作实际现状,分析了高校纪委存在“一把手”监督难、“全覆盖”监督难、不敢监督、不会监督等问题,提出了高质效开展监督工作的有效途径。

As a special force of the discipline inspection and supervision team,the Commission for Discipline Inspection of universities shoulders the important mission of supervising and ensuring the implementation of the Party’s educational policy in universities.The authors expound the actual situation of the supervision work,analyze the existing problems,such as the difficulty of“Top leader”supervision and“Full coverage”supervision,not daring to supervise,not knowing how to supervise,and put forward the effective ways to carry out the supervision work with high quality and efficiency.
