压力性尿失禁的组织工程修复材料研究进展

摘要 压力性尿失禁是一种影响全球数百万女性的疾病,它导致了患者生活质量的显著下降。治疗方案包括使用生物注射材料来增强闭合压力,以及放置吊带以将筋膜支撑物固定到尿道。然而人工合成网片会导致一系列的并发症,目前的治疗方案并不理想。组织工程修复材料已被应用于修复压力性尿失禁,随着组织工程策略与干细胞相结合的出现,使得压力性尿失禁所涉及的解剖结构创造功能替代物成为现实。本文将介绍组织工程修复用于治疗压力性尿失禁的一些方法以及对压力性尿失禁的组织工程修复材料进展进行综述。 Stress urinary incontinence(SUI)is a disease that affects millions of women worldwide and results in a significant decline in the quality of life of patients.Treatment options of SUI include the use of biological injection materials to enhance closure pressure and the placement of a sling to secure the fascia support to the urethra.However,synthetic mesh can lead to a number of complications,and current treatment options are not ideal.Tissue engineering repair material has been applied to repair SUI,with the emergence of tissue engineering strategies combined with stem cells,it becomes a reality to create functional substitutes for anatomical structures involved in SUI.In this paper,some methods of tissue engineering repair for SUI and tissue engineering repair materials for stress incontinence will be introduced.
