多源数据融合的山东省智慧海域平台系统设计与应用

Design and application of Shandong Province smart sea platform system by multisource data fusion

本文从海洋综合管理水平和服务效能的提升角度出发,设计了山东省智慧海域平台系统。针对二、三维数据融合以及海陆数据融合进行了多源数据融合技术研究,实现了山东省智慧海域平台系统的高效运行,在海域动态监视监测、海洋预报减灾、智慧港口等方面均取得了良好的应用效果。

In this article,starting from the perspective of improvement comprehensive marine management level and service efficiency,we designed the Shandong Province Smart Sea Platform System,conducted research on multi-source data fusion technology for 2D and 3D data fusion as well as land and sea data fusion,realized efficient operation of the Shandong Province Smart Sea Platform system.The operation of the application system has achieved good results in areas such as dynamic monitoring and surveillance of marine areas,ocean forecasting and disaster reduction,smart ports.
