摘要
为实现钨材料微小孔高效、高质量加工,提出对钨材料采用低电导率盐溶液电火花-电解复合加工方式。通过实验分析发现,相比于纯电火花加工,在相同的加工环境下对钨材料进行电火花-电解复合加工效率提升为67μm/s。在此基础上,探究了电参数(脉冲宽度、脉冲间隙、峰值电流)、溶液浓度对电火花-电解复合加工的影响规律,并通过正交实验确定最优参数为脉冲宽度2μs,脉冲间隙2μs,峰值电流2 A,电解液浓度10 g/L。
To achieve highly efficient and high quality processing of tungsten micropores,a low conductivity salt solution EDM-ECM machining method is proposed.Through experimental analysis,it is found that the efficiency of EDM-ECM is 67μm/s in the same machining environment in comparison with pure EDM.On this basis,the influence of electrical parameters(pulse width,pulse gap,peak current)and solution concentration on EDM-ECM is investigated,and by orthogonal experiment,pulse width 2μs,pulse gap 2μs,peak current 2 A and electrolyte concentration 10 g/L are defined as the optimum parameters.
