摘要
行星架在传动系统中承担输出转矩,是采油系统重要零部件之一。使用ANSYS Workbench对一种潜油螺杆泵减速器行星架进行有限元分析,得到行星架整体变形和等效应力分布规律。通过灵敏度和响应面分析,研究行星架壁板厚度及内外径对最大整体变形、最大等效应力和质量的影响,以此为基础对行星架壁板结构参数进行多目标优化设计。实验结果证明:优化后最大整体变形减小6.91%,几何质量未增大。
Planet carrier,bearing output torque in drive system,is one of the important spare parts in oil production system.The finite element analysis of a planet carrier in submersible progressive cavity pump reducer is conducted by using ANSYS Workbench to abtain the distribution of total deformation and equivalent stress about the planet carrier.The effect of the thickness,internal and external diameter about the planet carrier wall plate on the maximum total deformation,maximum equivalent stress and mass is studied through sensitivity and response surface analysis,based on which,the multi-objective optimization design of the structural parameters about the planet carrier wall plate is carried out.Experiment results show that the optimized maximum total deformation decreases 6.91%without any increase of geometric quality.
